Gendered Bodies

I had to read this book for a college class. However, I found it interesting and some articles/parts of the book made me think critically about our society. Some articles I did not find intriguing or true to life, but overall I enjoyed Lorber and Moore's book.

Incredible book!

I had to read this book for class, and I loved every second of it. The book explores gender and sexuality from all angles, and the writers/editors have selected amazing articles to demonstrate their points and have organized the book in such a way that it is truly a fun read. It's thin, unintimidating, and it moves quickly with tons of relevant examples and articles. As I said, I loved every second. If you have any interest at all in the sociological aspects of gender, sex, and sexuality, I would recommend this book to you.
